Small Group Winery Tour in Alicante

Among century-old olive trees and the quiet beauty of the Guadalest Valley, lies one of the region’s hidden treasures: a family project that has restored historic farmhouses and revived the area’s winemaking traditions. Our Small Group Winery Tour is more than just a tasting — it’s a journey into the roots of Alicante’s wine and olive oil culture.

Description

A Taste of the Valley

Your visit begins with something truly Mediterranean: a guided tasting of premium extra virgin olive oils, made from single varietals. You’ll learn how the olives are pressed, what gives each oil its particular aroma and flavour, and how to appreciate them as locals do — with fresh homemade bread.

From there, the experience moves into the vineyards and cellar. Surrounded by mountain views, you’ll walk among the vines and learn how the climate and soil of the Guadalest Valley shape the grapes. Inside, your guide will explain how traditional knowledge blends with modern techniques to create wines full of character.

Finally, you’ll sit down to enjoy a tasting of four wines — crisp whites, refreshing rosé and two expressive reds — paired with local products from the valley: cured sausages, artisan cheese, dried fruits, olive oil and homemade bread. It’s not just a tasting, but a way to connect with the flavours and traditions that define this land.
